Rajan Swaroop

I am a practicing manager with over 31 years of work experience spanning a variety of roles. I have been a shop floor executive, sold IT services, started new companies during the dot com era and have been an operational head in Airtel. I am currently the CEO of Airtel Nigeria.

In this journey, I have held high the value of ‘walking the talk’ and ‘speaking my mind’. Hence have had mixed successes and enjoy a good sleep at night. I have explored the technique of ‘Vipassana’ meditation and have been now pursuing Yoga and Vedanta.

I believe consciousness based leadership is about personal transformations which would inspire others to work on themselves to change. And hence I am still at ‘it’. Someday I hope to contribute my little bit to the great work being attempted by Chittasangha.

A little more on myself, I hold degrees from IITD and IIMA. I am married to Poonam and have no children. I enjoy reading, gardening, yoga & travelling in my free time.
