Nihal Ahmed
Nihal Ahmed is an ideapreneur from Bangalore. He hopes to reinvent current frameworks in academia, innovation and entrepreneurship through Gamification, Behavioral Design, experiences, social experiments and youth movements.
Starting off as a brand strategist, he helped create identities for SMEs & startups. To understand the local startup ecosystem better, he worked as a founding member on the Bangalore Impact Guide and Impact Bangalore to enable sustainable impact by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship He was then the core-team member and the marketing head of ‘Startup Festival Bangalore’ in 2013 whose objective was to create Bangalore as one of the world’s best start-up destinations. He was the innovation head for a mobile app that uses a gamified social engine that helps engage students better. He hosted ‘The Feasibility of Dreams’ to assist in the self-discovery process for students, conducted programs and workshops for Universities, wrote The Halo; a meta-book project, built a board-game to teach students life-skills and started ‘Lumiar’, a student run group to assist non-profits. |
