MEENAKSHI KRISHNAN

Meenakshi is a graduate in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. In a career spanning almost ten years, she has worked in areas of HR, Talent Management and Organization Development. She has wide-ranging experience in leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, psychometric testing, recruitment and training.

In her consulting practice, she has focused on building Organization Culture & Values, Leadership Development and Strategic HR. She works with senior management teams to enhance cohesion and effectiveness across organizational, team and individual levels. She has designed and facilitated several leadership mentoring programs and feedback sessions for high potential employees using a variety of tools like Assessment & Development Centres, 360 degree feedback, psychometric testing and personality profiling. She has worked with audiences in Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain and Canada across managerial levels.

She has demonstrated expertise in developing questionnaires for use in aptitude testing, personality profiling, employee alignment and 360 degree feedback.  She is a certified user of several psychometric instruments such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), and Emotional Competency Inventory (Hay Group).

Her special interest lies in the areas of Indian Psychology. She is studying and researching Patanjali’s Yogasutras and Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga for applications into human processes and organizational life. Apart from her independent consulting practice, she is also an Associate of Roots-n-Wings, a Bangalore-based organization consulting firm, and Sampurnah, an integral health clinic. Both organizations work with individuals and organizations in transition to bring about deep personal transformation using holistic approaches. She is based out of Chennai.
