Ganesh is the co-founder of Sage Solutions, a firm focused on helping emerging businesses in building their people systems/ processes to enable their scale up journey. Sage Solutions partners with aspiring small businesses to bring in strategic perspectives in the people/ organizational aspects of the business and hand-hold them in implementing these people programs.

Ganesh has over 20 years of experience in diverse domains including Manufacturing Quality, Service Support, Vendor Development, Quality & Business Consulting, HR and Organization Development, across organizations such as Ashok Leyland, Bharti Airtel, Spice Corp, Ford India, Tata Steel, NRB Bearings, Nippo Batteries, Skycell Cellular, Amritanandamayee Institute of Medical Sciences etc.

Ganesh is a certified Assessor of Business Excellence for CII following the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) excellence model. He is also a regular visiting faculty at some of the leading business schools in NCR region on the subjects of Performance Management, Organization Design and Learning & Development.

Ganesh is a Production Engineer from REC, Trichy, and has secured his Diploma in Management from All India Management Association.

Ganesh is also a certified Yoga teacher from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, and is a regular teacher at the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Gurgaon.
