gagan adlakha

Gagan, Senior Partner at Vyaktitva is an HR professional with experience in almost all areas of HR in people centred organizations. An XLRI 1990 alumnus, Gagan joined NIIT in its high growth and global expansion phase in the core HR team. During the decade of the IT boom, Gagan handled a variety of HR roles covering the complete gamut of HR functions at regional, business and corporate levels for 10 years.  Having done his rounds in the HR function, Gagan’s itch to understand the “other side of the business world”  led the leadership team in NIIT to offer him a role in 'NIIT Ventures' which spearheaded NIIT's inorganic growth initiatives. Scanning and evaluating business plans and prospective investee companies provided him a perfect platform to understand the business big picture, financials and business levers. Gagan later helped launch and run a business unit providing recruitment and training solutions to BPO and service industry.

Gagan turned entrepreneur in 2004 and joined Vyaktitva as a partner with the desire to help enhance people performance across organisations. Gagan has been working on various Organizational Design, Learning & Development and coaching assignments focused on individual and organizational performance. He has designed and delivered solutions for premier organizations in the country including PepsiCo, Amex, Airtel, Genpact, Hewitt, Whirlpool, Accenture, GE, ITC and IBM. Gagan’s experience entails:
