I am a chemical engineer by education but an entrepreneur and a poet at heart. Armed with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, I began my career in Operator Training Simulation for Oil and Gas Refineries. It took me three years to realize that my heart wasn’t in it.
My love for the Internet, social media, well-written content and holistic heath lead me to partner with four other amazing people to form Deep Red Ink. Since December 2009, my four partners (two of them, Santhan Reddy and Anil Grovor are also Sanghis) and I have engaged with building Deep Red Ink. This company is hard to define, and we’re still working on an elevator pitch =). Here’s one attempt – Deep Red Ink is a group of diverse, passionate people and skills looking for inspiring ideas to serve. Our purpose is to connect with the highest purpose of an idea and serve to bring it to life in truly beneficial ways to all. Deep Red Ink brings together experience and skills in leadership, organization development, relationships, business strategy, marketing, design, content, software development, and online marketing to serve win-win ideas. I am now responsible Digital Marketing function of the company. My job has me post interesting content, write and edit articles, lead a young team full of energy and build an organization based on conscious business practices. My other interests are traveling, reading and Yoga. I live in Hyderabad with my parents and younger brother. |
