Anuradha Ramesh aka Usha is the founder of Pink Mist Retreat, Centre for Spiritual Healing and Wisdom, based in Hyderabad.

Anuradha’s current choice of lifestyle, for more than a decade in the field of Spiritual Science both as a Healer and a Teacher/Trainer/Coach, is the culmination of a journey of exploration giving in to spontaneity and inner-guidance.

She began her professional life as a fashion model and has worked both in front of the camera and behind it as an Accounts Executive in an Advertising Agency followed by a brief stint as a T.V anchor.

Anuradha pursued her passion for classical dance, performing on stage and teaching through her dance school. She moved into class-room teaching and taught Math and Physics for a few years in a renowned residential school in Mussoorie and later in Hyderabad. The sliding over from Math and Physics to Metaphysics was unexpected but smooth nevertheless.

This leg of Anuradha’s journey began with her interest in meditation and energy work. She established an almost immediate connection with very powerful Higher-beings who began to guide her through the process of unfolding her highest potential. An early experience of psychic surgery performed on her by a group of non-physical spiritual masters brought an awakening of her third-eye abilities and triggered a spate of out of body experiences, clairvoyant experiences, spontaneous past-life recall, and spontaneous healing abilities.

Anuradha’s deep connectedness to Consciousness is apparent in her easy-going manner, showing no compulsion to establish any credentials. Her simple and yet confident bearing in her role as a teacher, healer, counselor/guide or coach reveals a conspicuous absence of alienating mysticism. Her comfort and familiarity with the subject of Consciousness has helped her to clearly delineate certain underlying principles based on which she conducts her classes as well as her healing sessions:

• All of creation is spiritual and everything in creation is spiritual. There is no other way of being. The Absolute truths of existence are extremely simple and that is the way they are to be taught, understood and practiced.
• Joy, Love and Abundance combined with free-will are the birthright of every being. Experiencing a life full of these qualities is the most natural way to be. Any experience that is different is unnatural and therefore inherently reversible
• The solution to all problems of life exists in the realm of Consciousness. Therefore the only way to reclaim our birthright is by re-connecting to our true self – our identity as a projection of that Consciousness on Earth

Anuradha considers Seth, the non-physical energy personality channeled by Jane Roberts as the single largest influence in her personal journey. It has molded her into a highly motivated, dedicated light-being who operates in the field of consciousness with ease.

She has been conducting several workshops and healing sessions dealing with a wide range of modalities involving energy-work and soul-work in several countries across the globe including Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Lebanon.

Apart from being a Reiki Grand Master, a Past-life Regression Therapist and a Re-birther Anuradha is currently very popular in the field of Trans-generational Healing. Trans-generational Healing is an extremely powerful healing tool that reaches deep within the family system to liberate the individual by disentangling him/her from limiting karmic bondages with the ancestors.

Usha has been working with people from all over the globe, assisting them individually and in groups to convert every ‘break-down’ into a ‘break-through!
Anuradha is 47 years of age and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Physics, Chemistry and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
