ANIL GROVER

Anil is Founder & Chief Mentor at Deep Red Ink Consulting. Deep Red Ink is a conscious business with a higher purpose, values aligned to universal principles, and a culture of engagement & co-creation. Deep Red Ink has four major fields of action - (1) digital agency and (2) strategic consulting in the services space; and product lines in the areas of (3) holistic health and (4) community living. 

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 2008, Anil lead the India organization of Motorola's 'Embedded Communications Computing'. In this role, he loved to bring together Business, Technology & People in a way that serves the highest purpose. He also held the additional role of leading a world-class product development team driving international standards and delivering telecom and internet infrastructure systems. Anil trained as an international DDI facilitator while at Motorola, and ran several leadership programs for the India organization. 

Anil is an alumni of IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee. He started his career at C-DOT Delhi in 1989. Anil is a qualified Yoga Therapist, and is deeply interested in combining ancient wisdom with modern knowledge. Anil applies this synthesis in areas of leadership, organization design and development, and mentoring people.
